Aquatic complex

NFOE I HCMA, in consortium, won a national architecture competition held in 2016 for the Laval Aquatic Complex. The Complex features three pools: a 10-meter diving pool, a 50-meter swimming pool with adjustable floor and movable bridge, and a recreational pool. The heart of the building is the recreational pool, which includes a lazy river and water play features. In addition to separate changing rooms for men and women, a spacious family changing room opens onto the pools. The building's layout allows for a public plaza next to the bright and spacious entrance hall. The Aquatic Complex meets international swimming federation (FINA) standards and can host national competitions.
