Office Buildings

A sector that dates back to the beginning of our company

NFOE has been designing office buildings since it was created more than a century ago. We designed and carried out prestigious projects such as Central Station in Vancouver, the Aldred Building on Place d’Armes in Montréal, the new Bank of Montréal building and the Bell building on Beaver Hall in Montréal.

We’ve carried out many projects that involved both designing new buildings and redesigning existing spaces. Our client base includes businesses that own their premises and organizations that rent space in commercial buildings.

Great places to work

When we design a space, we adapt to the people who are going to work there. We think that a professional environment that has been carefully designed according to high quality standards fosters individual and community growth. This is why we create buildings that let in natural light and provide a lively atmosphere. Air quality, ergonomics, accessibility, and visual, thermal and acoustic comfort are key to occupant health and well-being.

Building design has an impact on the operations that take place within them. Well thought-out spaces foster discussion, concentration, reflection and imagination. In addition, interior design directly affects work organization. Therefore, we ensure that all of the conditions are set so that business can be carried out smoothly and effectively.

Workspaces incorporated into specialized facilities
