Maxime Pion is an Associate Director at NFOE. Since he arrived in 2005 as a designer, he has been able to contribute to and influence the firm's design direction through standout projects. Today, he is the firm's lead designer and heads the design department. His thoughtful and composed temperament allows for sensitive management and attentive collaboration with project teams and clients. Whether for new construction or expansion, his architectural response respects the natural environment and built context. His ability to synthesize programmatic requirements helps create simple concepts resulting in clear, distinctive, and contemporary architecture. He is committed to developing original, creative, and sustainable solutions that align with the project's budget. Maxime is the recipient of numerous design awards, including the multi-award-winning Barclay School expansion project for the CSSDM.
